Great location, roomy & spacious, but sticky floors a problem
Well located and well stocked unit, was large, nicely decorated and quite spacious. They provided ample supplies like soap, shampoo, nice towels, coffee, sweetener, coffee mate, etc. it was nice to have a close-by reserved parking space. Mostly things worked fine in the unit. Cons: The only issues we had with the property itself were the floor was unusually sticky and the bathroom sink clogged. The cleaning staff was very responsive and helpful, and they fixed the clog same day. But the floor, especially in the kitchen, remained sticky even after they came up to re-mop it. It was not too sticky in the bedrooms, but it was noticeable. It bothered us quite a bit, but we didn’t want any more disruptions to our stay here so we just lived with it. We had to wear shoes or slippers inside while staying here as our feet would have residue otherwise. The only other issue was that the unit was not cleaned nor ready when we checked in. While this was very inconvenient, since we arrived around midnight, and had no beds made to sleep in; we had to wait for the place to be cleaned and made up, so we didn’t get to bed until close to 1am. They were very apologetic, though no compensation nor late checkout was offered, and we just had to wait. The host / team was otherwise pleasant and responsive.

Good location and value . Needs serous immeatiate updates .
Location and size were good Cons: The mattresses are far beyond usable and need to be basically immediately changed. Nobody should be sleeping on those beds at this point. For future :I’d confirm with owner that new mattresses have been bought , otherwise wouldn’t stay here.
